- • Very small rooms. (Is it acceptable for a 21 sqm room in a 5-star hotel? It should start from 30 sqm. There has been construction on the street for a year! Water and other amenities are all for additional charges!)
We felt comfortable at your place. Nice staff, you cannot do anything about the situation with the reconstruction of Wenceslas Square. We were close to the theater, thank you.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not a 5-star, at most 3 stars...
For breakfast, extras like omelette or fried eggs must be paid for separately. I have never experienced this in a supposed 5-star hotel – rather in hotels with 2 to 3 stars.

- • Strong noise disturbance due to extensive construction work right in front of the entrance. Unfortunately, the hotel definitely does not meet a 5-star standard, but rather a maximum of 3 stars. For example, the staff's appearance in T-shirts seems inappropriate for a hotel of this category.

- • In my opinion, a five-star hotel should at least provide a complimentary bottle of water for its guests. Instead, the water was charged, even though the room includes a kettle, tea, and coffee. The bathroom amenities were provided for only one person, despite there being two of us. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together. You won’t need an alarm clock, because you’ll be woken up by the suffocating smell of fried meat in your room. I’ve never experienced anything like this before — the odor was unbearable. There is no parking on the hotel premises; instead, you are directed to a nearby garage, where you have to leave your car along with the key. Also, the entire area around the hotel is under construction, so keep that in mind. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star rating.

- • The noise isolation is not strong. I expected, being a five-star hotel, that it would meet my expectations, but I have stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels that were better. Even drinking water bottles are not complimentary, and there are no welcome chocolates or fruits as I am used to from 5-star hotels.
