- • The room in the Seehaus was very noisy. Not air-conditioned so very warm. The noises from the neighboring terrace were extremely loud. In the tiny wet cell (bathroom) there was only a hand basin. The breakfast was completely unvaried. So: No good value for money.

- • Price-performance ratio, room size okay but the bathroom was not only small but an unacceptable hole. The hotel cannot be recommended for this reason. The hotel is not worth the money

- • No blackout in the bathroom, so direct sunlight and heating of the suite, does not fit the standard of the house. There are modern blackout pleated blinds for retrofitting. A modern house of this kind should have invested in air conditioning and solar panels during modernization nowadays. Other guests in the attic had to make do with mobile air conditioners - certainly better than nothing at the temperatures during our travel time. Too few adequate tables and space in the breakfast winter garden if the folding walls cannot be opened to the terrace due to the weather. With three people at a 2-person table, it is already tight, then used plates should be cleared more frequently. On two days, 10 places were reserved for a large family of guests, who then only came for breakfast around 10:00 - this not only bothered us. Otherwise, the house is very anonymous; in 10 days there was no follow-up on satisfaction - practically as a status update.

Excellent place to relax
The hotel is beautifully located, very clean and well-kept. We had a room in the main building - it was very comfortable. The only thing we missed was air conditioning, but we knew that the hotel did not have it before arrival, so there is basically nothing to complain about. The pool and sauna are small, but completely sufficient for relaxation after a full day of sightseeing. Outstanding breakfast - very varied, fresh, tasty. Everyone will find something good. We also used the restaurant, the service of which was at a very high level. The dishes were tasty, we definitely recommend the fish, which was much better than the traditional veal schnitzel. As for the location, there are several interesting restaurants within a short walk, as well as a station where you can buy tickets for a cruise on the lake. There is also a shop with local wines on the access road, which you can also try in the hotel restaurant.

- • Room was a bit small and without air conditioning, it was stuffy and hot. SUP board on the lake was not usable as the fin was missing, more attention should be paid to the maintenance, renewal, or expansion of the provided equipment
