- • When booking on Booking, the photos show a bathroom in the category I chose that is relatively large with a big sink. Upon arrival, we were given a very small bathroom on the first floor.
I didn't let the stay be ruined by tap water, even though I'm not used to such treatment.
Good location, you can feel an interesting past, there's a sense of patina and that's cool.

- • In a 5-star hotel, the room was ready 30 minutes later and the luggage was delivered an additional 30 minutes later. I expected some kind gesture from the hotel upon arrival, like water, I didn't dream of chocolates. When I asked if I could have water brought to the room, the receptionist kindly informed me that the tap water is so clean that I can use it. Well, I'm not going to argue. The breakfast is poor. I have the impression that they rely on the past and in my opinion, if they cannot meet the standards of the premises/capitalization, they should focus on the customer. But what do I know.
Too expensive. Way too expensive.

- • Cramped and dark room, outdated establishment, the room was not cleaned on one of the days of our stay, the bed was not made.
Outstanding hotel. We would stay there again.
Room was lovely. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff was outstanding. We also used the spa for free one afternoon and it was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was fabulous, both the buffet and the free orders of whatever else one wanted. I cannot say enough about the helpfulness and general friendliness of the staff and the luxuriousness of the hotel. Great hotel. Awesome location. We walked out to have gelato, take an archipelago tour.

- • Very touristy and high-end location, so not so many decent, affordable restaurants, but easy to get to nearby neighborhoods either walking or by Uber. On the other hand, it was lovely to be on the water.
