- • I find it hard to believe that it is a 5-star hotel and is called a boutique hotel, the fact that the reception has a restaurant and catering just behind it is quite chaotic, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, the noise from the street is terrible at night which makes it difficult to rest well

- • The gym is small and the only machine I wanted to use was broken or unavailable

- • I had booked a junior suite through Booking. Just before going, I received a message that they do not accept dogs. I checked the website and directly with Booking if it was true. There was no prohibition anywhere. They then downgraded us to another room.
