Stylish, modern yet classy hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The in-room coffee machine and Dyson hair dryer were great touches. Perfect location within walking distance of many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip and loved this hotel. It was central to everything we wanted to see.
I loved how comfortable the bed was. It was a very quiet room and very dark. Perfect for sleeping!!!

Lovely hotel!
Room was nicely decorated and clean, not too small either. Location perfect with breakfast and dinner options around the corner. Most sightseeing on walking distance, including the Retiro park and Prado museum. Staff also very nice!

- • Would be nice to have some slippers in the room. Also, the lighting on the second floor was so dark, as a single female traveler I felt very uncomfortable going to and leaving my room. I get that it’s the setting of the hotel, the dark and romantic look but would be good to have a bit more lighting.
I would stay at the location again and recommend it to friends.

- • The air conditioning, for Madrid with 40 degrees during the day, doesn't work well. It's just okay, it doesn't cool.

Alba was clean, comfortable, well-staffed, and in the perfect location to explore Madrid.
Our great experience started before we even arrived. My wife and I were hiking part of the Camino and then going to Madrid before departing for home. Alba allowed for our suitcases to be mailed to the hotel and they kept them safe until we arrived over a week later. They even let us know when they arrived so we had no worries as we hiked. The front desk staff was kind and friendly, the room had the best AC of any we used in Spain, and the location cannot be beat!
