This is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. Going with family makes it very comfortable, and the waiters and the staff are very friendly.

I was impressed with the room. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. I also loved the small sitting area outside. The staff was very helpful, holding our luggage when we arrived early and providing directions to local shopping and dining spots. They even gave us ponchos when it was raining. Although we only stayed for one night before our cruise, we will definitely return for a longer stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was, giving a boutique feel. Their sister hotel nearby is also really nice by the beach.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartments were much nicer and cleaner than expected. When we return to Miami for a cruise, we will choose the Dorchester again. Thank you 😉

Wouldn't recommend.
The room was really dirty, with dust and dirt debris on the molding. The window in the shower was broken and couldn't be closed. The bathroom sink would clog, and there were holes in the bathroom door. Poor customer service as well, with no response about a lost item.

The properties were condos, which was very helpful for us with a baby as we needed a kitchen to prepare baby food.
