👎 Disliked
- • Apart from the location, which is definitely one of the strengths of the property, unfortunately, I cannot say that the hotel fully reflects the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In particular, the room cleanliness could be improved: we found dirty glasses and dust under the wardrobe. Furthermore, we found the services offered for a property of this category rather limited: there is no restaurant available in the evening, and the hotel does not have a spa or a gym. Overall, the location is truly excellent, and the room was well-structured, but considering the hotel's category, we expected greater attention to cleanliness and a more complete range of services.
