- • We were given a horrible room with a street view and street noise. After requesting to change rooms, we were informed that we could only move the next day. One day/night was lost with no refund

- • No free sunbeds (5) and at the pool it's a struggle to get one. People have to get up at 6 am to reserve a spot!!! We had to go 100 meters to find sunbeds on the beach! It's still a nightmare. Breakfast was not up to par
