I didn't find the experience value for money and the residents club was very sub-standard.
Room size was very good. 2 separate toilets/bathrooms were handy. Harbour view was very good. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

- • Residents Club - very ordinary in size and what food/drinks were provided. Stayed in a hotel in Singapore with similar executive lounge and it offered way better food and drinks

- • Some things are not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. For example, the shower is leaking with very cold water dripping on top of your head while taking a bath, smell of humidity and dampness, and the fact that you have to refill water bottles on your own. If it was 4 stars, none of this would be an issue. But for 5 stars one would expect no complaints at all.
