- • The staff manager Taruna was very rude unprofessional and she racially profiled me and told me that I was being sketchy and acting weird the whole time she was unprofessional, I stayed with you guys multiple time over the last for the 5 months and I never had a problem then she tried to tell me I couldn't use my Visa card on file which I used every time I stayed there she told me I was wrong that every time I came it was a it was a trainee taking my helping me and that I shouldn't have used that card.
Love the era of hotel.the brass in elevators need cleaning and buffing! Smokers at entrance gross

- • Parking. There was a lot of confusion over the parking. I was told I could use to card to get out of the parking garage and could pay at the exit any extra charge if I left after I pm. The card did not work and I had to back out of the parking exit and go back to the hotel. They told me I had used the card incorrectly but on the second attempt it still did not work and the staff at the parking garage told me I should have left before I. It was a hassle. Otherwise the room was ok.

- • Double beds were not for 2 people. We were a family of 3. Room had 2 double beds but it was uncomfortable due to size. Room had a smell. Windows were fixed and couldnt be opened. AC was excessively noisy.
