- • Room 1 on the ground floor, given the horrible heat, had a very high temperature and humidity. It was necessary to always have the AC on.
NO IRON OR COFFEE NO DRINK
A request was made to access an iron to organize the clothes to wear from 6:45 am and being the check-out time at 11:15 am, they NEVER had irons and NEVER responded (NO THERE IS NO CAN), pressure had to be applied to the administration and they effectively agreed to get one from a neighboring hotel. In addition, the hotel does not have coffee or milk, they only offer it at breakfast.

- • People go out and the clothes wrinkle, and it is necessary to be able to iron them to go out; they should have that device available, and if not, they should offer a clothes ironing service.

Reasonable accommodation, it's not out of this world, suitable for 1/2 nights. It is a bit old but the location is good. Very friendly staff.
