Gem in the historic center of Santa Marta
A small boutique hotel in the historic center of Santa Marta, a gem: location (2 minutes walk from Bolivar Square, 2 minutes from the pier, but in a quiet street, incredible staff, rooftop, a la carte breakfast, customer service, spacious and modern rooms. I believe it is the hotel with the best customer service, even better than other 5-star hotels in Medellin and Bogota' (chain). Highly recommended, would go back tomorrow.

- • It is not a 5* by far. Breakfast was average with few options. It was Saturday and there was a lot of noise from bars at night
The staff's attention is full of kindness, the hotel facilities are impeccable and include many details that make it comfortable, the room is spacious, and its location is unbeatable if you want to enjoy the Historic Center.

Perfect location. Lovely hotel.
Amazing location (which is everything in a small place like Santa Marta) close to all of the sights and pick up points for tours. Beautiful clean elegant spacious rooms. Lovely showers and toiletries. Small balconies for hanging swimming clothes. A really nice pool and jacuzzi area on the roof. The staff were really good, upgrading us to a better room for the same price just so that we could be on the same floor as our teenagers.

- • Breakfast wasn't great, took too long to prepare when in a hurry for day trips and the milk was off two days in a row. Something hopefully the hotel can fix because otherwise the hotel is a 10.
