It was good but the issue of theft or not keeping a device is not cheap for the customer after leaving just hours is a serious matter

- • Some employees are arrogant and my advice to everyone is not to forget anything in the hotel whether expensive or cheap because if you return after hours of leaving you will not find it. I forgot in the bathroom a Philips tooth cleaning device. It is not something silly or very small to be thrown in the trash or lost. I am sure someone took it for themselves because the receptionist told me she saw the device and after waiting for an hour and no response from any of them, and every now and then a new employee and I have to explain the matter from the beginning. Finally, one of them said we did not find it, they threw it
Happy enough with the hotel and it was very convenient
Very central. Very stylish. Very comfortable bed and nice room. I thought it could have been bigger but I was quite happy with it

Perfect location to reach anywhere in 15-20 minutes walking (much less by bike!)

- • I booked an Executive and they gave me a room just as small as a double, dirty and neglected. We had to request a change. The mattress was quite bad, sinking in the center. The construction works made the stay uncomfortable but we were already aware of it
