Excellent location near shopping area and not far from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable.

- • The toilets in the room need to be replaced as they don't flush properly. Buffet breakfast is not good as the hot food is lukewarm and the Western food is overcooked.
The location, bed, and room facilities were great. The water was refilled every day and the room was always clean. It was really nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

- • The only small point I would mention is about the reception staff. It's not that they were unfriendly, but I sometimes felt like I was bothering them when asking questions. They didn't seem very welcoming or approachable, and there was a bit of a lack of warmth in the interactions. Maybe it's just a cultural thing.
Nice, spacious rooms, amazing location, the concierge Mike was super helpful and very knowledgeable about different places and activities in the city
