Disappointing- not comparable to any other mandarin oriental
Nothing - this is not a mandarin oriental. It’s just another hotel. Most hotels in KL in that location are better (with lots of experience). Gym well equipped but pool not what is promised.

- • GYM not directly accessible first night (after an “incident”). Staff was just “normal”.
A very good hotel with fabulous pool and wet area. Very complete breakfast.
The pool area is extraordinary. To take advantage of it. An unbeatable view. The room view was phenomenal: in front you have the Petronas towers. Phenomenal breakfast.
