- • It was very cold and the air conditioning was not working, even after calling the responsible parties to resolve the issue.
The apartment has a great location, practically in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions. There are plenty of establishments and souvenir shops nearby. The room was small and cozy.

Our choice to stay at Mystar Porto Batalha was very good. We felt well located. Close to Santa Catarina street with intense movement in the shops, bakeries, commerce, and tourist spots. We did everything on foot.

- • As we went by car, the parking was a bit far, but it was worth it for the tranquility and security of leaving the vehicle and for the access to the supermarket. The parking attendants were very kind.

- • Very poor cleaning... I arrived and there were hairs on the bed which supposedly had not been changed... TV does not work and deficient shower. I will not return to this accommodation.
