Fantastic we loved it and hope to visit again
The breakfast was excellent. The venue is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. All the staff were very very nice, friendly and very helpful. Lovely nice touches in your room. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely toiletries too.

A hotel where you feel very comfortable.
The location is perfect. Very good facilities. Wonderfully soft beds. An air conditioning that works really well. Super clean. A well-stocked fridge with fine little delicacies that are included. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very good service. A hotel to feel good in.

Beautiful, very comfortable hotel and great service from its staff. We loved the flexibility of breakfast being offered until afternoon.

- • Even though we were gently offered a late check-out for 12pm, the standard check-out at 10am is too early, especially when check-in is at 3pm. It should be 12pm as standard.
Luxury and Service at its Finest
I cannot express how well the unbelievable team at Labotessa made us feel. Having the owners Martijn and Johan greet us on arrival to Bridget meticulously organising our activities was a very special touch. Our Signature suite room was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Having your own personal lift was very special. The room had so many special touches that made you feel so welcome. Continues stocking of snack and drinks was appreciated. The rusks were so delicious. Amazing bed, heated bathroom floors, high ceilings to name a few. The breakfasts we had were so good with a wonderful selection. Tony and Todd were fantastic making us feel very welcome. Overall we were so happy to be staying here and will absolutely return.

From the moment you take a step into the property to the moment you leave, there is a level of care and attention we have not experienced elsewhere in our recent travels. The Labotessa team listens and answers questions and sets up activities for their guests like no other hotel. In addition, having homemade snacks and unprocessed food in the fridge to nibble on during our stay shows an « above and beyond » approach that this team provides. We had read that the breakfast was the best in Cape Town, and that is right!! Thanks again to Johan, Martin, Bridget, Claudine, Yannick, Taffa, Todd and the others behind the scene for making this a truly unforgettable stay in Cape Town.
