An exceptional hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A truly exceptional hotel, beautiful and ideally located near the center of Granada to explore the city on foot. We were three, with our 12-year-old child who had an extra bed with a very comfortable real mattress. The room was huge, very beautiful, impeccable and perfectly equipped, with a minibar, a small welcome bottle, and lovely evening touches that we greatly appreciated. The reception is particularly warm and the valet service is a real plus: your car is parked and brought back at your request, while your luggage is accompanied to the room. The available spa is also very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing. Just a note, the garden plays pleasant background music that can be heard in some rooms, as well as some traffic noise due to the city location. It didn't bother us at all, but it is indeed a matter of personal sensitivity. An exceptional address that we recommend without hesitation!

I liked its central location, and the hotel itself exuded heritage and legacy so it felt like something worth experiencing/exploring. Staff are nice overall.

- • Maybe I misunderstood the room options when booking, but I was hoping to stay in the beautiful historic Hospes building and only realized when I arrived that my room was in the modern building. The modern building is also lovely, but it was just a bit of a mismatch with what I had expected. I was told this was the room category I selected, which may well be the case, although I think the distinction between the two buildings could be a little clearer when booking. My only other disappointment was the room service. The pizza seemed frozen and the burger was a bit off. For around €50, I was expecting something better. Nothing against frozen pizza 😂, but at that price I think the quality should match.

A dream stay!
The hotel is in a great location just a few steps from the Cathedral and the historic center. The staff is friendly, welcoming, supportive, extremely kind. The common areas are very beautiful and characteristic. Everything is extremely well maintained, clean, and detailed. Our room was large, beautiful, very well-kept, very clean, and well-maintained. Not only is the cleanliness excellent, but there is also an evening room cleaning service. The buffet and à la carte breakfast is good beyond any limit. Truly an unforgettable experience. The staff also takes care of parking the car and removing it from the parking lot: a truly convenient service. It's just a shame that my mom didn't want to use the SPA included in the price and I didn't want to leave her alone!

- • I had problems with the shower head (not the ceiling one, the wall one): it cannot be directed correctly and the shower door is not insulating, so the bathroom got flooded.
