Amazing in so many ways. The location just outside the medina and with many cafes that are not a tourist trap. The room was amazing value. Staff were super helpful, and very kind. I had breakfast on the terrace and loved the food.

- • Perhaps the pillows were a little uncomfortable ( this is a personal choice ) I prefer a softer one.

- • Very noisy, lack of maintenance, no blinds on the windows, difficult to rest minimally. Lack of hangers and space to store clothes
Location near the heart of the city. Very positive and smiling staff. Excellent cuisine for both dinner and breakfast (Berber eggs). Clean and comfortable rooms.

- • The cleaning was never done. I even had to ask for toilet paper. The towels were never changed. The bathtub door was broken, I had to squeeze in to get into the shower. The flush didn't work well. The water was dripping constantly. And above all, the NOISE. Impossible to sleep before midnight and wake up early in the morning with the service (6:30). In short, deplorable and unwelcoming
