Do not choose that hotel, do not choose Malioboro!!!
The location is terrible, you cannot go out to the street because of the traffic in Petiso by car and it takes 10 minutes to pass the other 200 m to the HOTEL. Very stressful. The location is very bad beyond the hotel. I do not recommend staying in Malioboro. The neighborhood is horrible. The Hotel De Viejo has an indoor pool but the water is cold. The Spa it has is very good, it offers massages, the breakfast is so-so and although the people are very helpful, they do not speak English, impossible to understand.

- • The location is terrible, I recommend not staying in Malioboro, it's horrible, the place, a lot of traffic, very ugly, no desire to go out for a walk, no nice places to eat, nothing. The hotel staff does not speak English, and the hotel is quite old. EXPENSIVE for what they deliver. The people are very helpful, but without English. Impossible to communicate.
