The location, the decor, the staff, the atmosphere, the food at dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The bar and lounge were beautiful, the service wonderful. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. I would recommend it to anyone who has taste and appreciates the finer things in life.

- • We arrived very early and were prepared to leave our bags and check in later. The receptionist said they had a room ready and checked us in then told us there was a charge!
