I liked the proximity to the airport (5 minutes by car), the convenient free shuttle service to the airport, the cleanliness, and the quiet room. Overall, it is ideal for an overnight stay in connection with flights. The area is peripheral (it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of Philadelphia) and therefore not suitable for leisure stays.

- • The reception was very cold and "mechanical" and it would be appreciated to have a free bottle of water in the rooms (tap water, although drinkable, is undrinkable due to the massive presence of chlorine).

- • Even though Danielle and Joe were amazing, other staff members were not as great and not welcoming at all. The ladies that checked us in seemed to hate their job. They acted like our check-in was a huge inconvenience for them. As soon as we walked up, they stated firmly that the room isn't ready and there are five check-ins before you. That's fine, but we requested an early check-in and I had to ask them to check my name for the reservation to show early check-in.
