- • Could not find the reservation upon arrival, room was old-fashioned except for the bathroom. Extremely hard bed. Very noisy air conditioning problem. They charged us again upon departure and we had difficulties getting a refund.

- • I was disappointed because of the renovations, it was a real maze going up and down long corridors, taking an elevator down a level to check in, and it's a real problem to find the jacuzzi
