Helpful and courteous staff. Very large structure. Beautiful reception and bar area. Adequate common spaces and room sizes above average. Impeccable welcome. A three-star with sauna and services worthy of a four-star.

- • Room was really outdated. Big contrast with the Leonardo Hotel in Ulm. In Ulm, we even stayed 3 extra days at the hotel because it was so incredibly good. A clean, modern room. The room in Dusseldorf was 180 degrees opposite. For that price, you would expect them to invest in updating the room. We even got an upgrade according to the friendly receptionist, but it was not reflected in the room. Too bad, we won't do it again for that hefty amount.

- • 2 single beds instead of 1 large bed as a couple. And the too small duvet.

- • The parking garage was super small. You could literally hardly park your car, let alone drive out again. It also cost 21 euros.
