The location of the hotel is right on the beach. The room that I was in had a view of the beach. The hotel has a big pool there that is great for kids and adults. The restaurant there has really good breakfast. The room was clean and it has a TV.

Hotel under construction with bad facilities

We had no hot water and a clogged sink. After waiting two hours with no response, and only after insisting, we were moved to another room at midnight. That room was next to an active construction area, and we were woken up early by loud banging. The entire hotel is under construction, and we even saw bricks falling into the pool area, which felt genuinely dangerous. The hotel isn’t worth the money. It has potential and a beautiful sea view, but it’s completely undermined by poor facilities and staff carelessness.

We booked it again

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights a few years ago and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Before we booked we knew what we would expect for this price. We have arrived at night, and we had no issue with getting to our rooms, the guy at the reception even showed us our room and helped us with the luggages. We had a one-story room, beds were upstairs. It was clean, had everything we needed in it. Of course, the hotel is not a top modern 5-star resort, but the sunrise from our room cannot be compared to anything. It is an older hotel. There are some cracks here and there, but I did not come as an inspector, but as a guest who wanted to enjoy the ocean - and this is what I did. We are heading there again in a few weeks. I really hope to get the same room - so that I can enjoy the same view.

Worst Kept Hotel in Cancun

This place is the biggest dump in Cancun. When we got there it looked worse than a motel 6 or giant Mexican bathroom. It hasn't been repainted or remodeled in probably 50 years. Zero amenities. Toilets barely flush and you can't flush toilet paper so your room will smell like poop. You even have to buy your own drinking water and lug it to your room because the hotel doesn't provide this. Everything there looks like it's falling apart and dirty. The only good things are the beachfront, good security, and restaurant... and the staff was good overall. But we will never stay there again. Every other hotel in the area is better. Look at my attached pictures and you will see this clearly.

I did not like it, very old bathroom, water leaking on one side and the other room without a TV and very old. The hotel needs renovation.

The ocean view was wonderful, I will stay again despite limited transportation
