We loved the room/service but were very disappointed at how early the breakfast ended at.
Everything in our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

- • I didn’t like how early the breakfast ended at. We were all looking forward to it because there was such great reviews but ending at 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends was too early for people there on vacation.
Thanks!

The property is nice, our room location for the first night was not good room 137. Backed to the kitchen and was extremely noisy. We were woken up by breakfast prep and the noise from the lobby. Asked for another room for our second night which was much better.

We had a great stay at Towneplace Suites Sherwood Park. The hotel is very pet-friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Ralph at the front desk for his excellent customer service, very attentive with friendly attitude and genuinely caring.
