Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Excellent location, right next to Tivoli Gardens, and a beautifully designed luxury hotel. Rooms were very clean and presented to a high standard, and the hotel foyer/reception area was visually stunning. The pool and sauna area were a lovely treat, clean with a heated pool, and not too busy. The staff were very friendly, and really couldn't fault the stay.

- • My only slight issue was the size of the room; there wasn't a lot of floor space around the bed in the King room or a huge amount of space for hanging clothes, but as long as you plan to spend more time out of the room exploring the city, it is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.
Good location and clean hotel with a good breakfast. The rooftop pool is something extra.
Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly staff and a pleasant oasis despite the central location. The location is great, and you are not disturbed by the heavily trafficked streets outside the hotel. The staff is really something extra!

- • The rooms are small. The rooms and the hotel are nice, but it is a very expensive hotel that may not fully reflect the accommodation. Many guests and not the standard that is normally found in five-star hotels. Hotels in Copenhagen are generally extremely expensive, and this is no exception.

Beautiful stay
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The stunning design & architecture, impeccable customer service, and an amazing location. We loved the heated pool and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place.

Loved your hotel & loved Copenhagen!
The only issue was the person I got on the phone who gave false info about the train and which stop to get off. Ended up having to grab a taxi - long flight, so having a staff not give proper info was frustrating - I'd rather have someone say they do not know than make our travel day longer than it needed to be.
