- • the issue of drinking water, although the hotel solved it with water purifying machines per floor, it is very annoying that one cannot shower or wash their mouth with tap water.

Customer service is EXTREME, it is too spectacular, I believe few hotels in the country can afford to say they attend in this way.

The best restaurant in Santa Marta at the best hotel: Marriot Playa Dormida
Excellent breakfast, abundant and exquisite offerings, kindness, service with love and joy, multiple and exquisite food offerings, and quick and excellent service for requests (eggs, etc). Chef Felipe Mendoza, an excellent professional and person, a great boss, his direct collaborators, also chefs Devid and David, and all his staff with whom he is seen constantly giving instructions and feedback when there is an opportunity. A great boss and a great chef. The services in the restaurant 1.525, Cayeye, and the beach are almost impossible to improve. The hotel has extraordinary workers and an excellent chef in Felipe Mendoza.

- • It could be improved by organizing an activity from 6-10 in the evening, although enjoying the restaurant is the best

Beautiful and relaxing short stay.
Aesthetically, the hotel was well designed with an open layout on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included many local fruits. We rented a cabana by the pool and enjoyed relaxing and ordering drinks and small bites poolside.
