The staff's kindness, very varied and good breakfast. Fantastic and very large pool. Direct access to the beach, which is not very crowded. We ate at both restaurants: good food but a bit expensive. The gardener gave us flowers and we were treated to a cocktail and a free ice cream per person during our last dinner. It was a very nice gesture.

- • The room decor needs to be refreshed, especially the outdated bathroom. The hotel is not far from Senggigi pier if you arrive by ferry, but the surroundings are not very attractive for walking.
A comfortable 5 night stay.
Beautiful grounds and pool area. Staff were very polite and attentive. Good meals at reasonable prices at both in-house restaurants.

- • Rooms are a bit dated but still very comfortable. The location is a bit isolated. You need to take a Grab taxi to go anywhere.

- • The spa robe looks used and the beach is quite dirty. There isn't much to see outside the hotel, like walking.
