Best hotel in Hangzhou
A fantastic hotel! Would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Hangzhou. The rooms are so stylish and beautiful, as is the view. We loved the spa, sauna, gym and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and so helpful. It was my birthday and Mark and the team organised a beautiful cake and card which made our stay so special. The location is also fabulous. Perhaps it seems a little far away from the lake but I think it's the best location. The old streets and canals nearby are very interesting with great shops and cafes and lots of great spots to people watch away from the really busy areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel and we hope we will be back soon!

Great hotel in every aspect
Large gym and pool, also great breakfast. The quality of the Chinese restaurant for dinner is excellent. Also, next to shopping centre for dining and shopping conveniently.
