Great stay!
This hotel provided us a terrific experience. The staff from top to bottom were warm, accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. It was as if they could not go far enough to please us. If you want to be near Paulista Avenue, this is a great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Stay at Intercontinental, Sao Paulo..
Check in was professional and smooth and we were assigned an upgraded room upon our early arrival. We had set up a tour through Viator so being in a room was a great help. The Lounge area was nice and the young gentleman there earlier was professional. Came back from tour went to our room. Came down to eat and Chelo was very friendly and helpful with us getting our meals. The service was great 👍🏻 with Chelo and his assistant. The food was good and we had few drinks. It was a very long day. We were well taken care of our whole time at the Intercontinental, Sao Paulo. Thank you so much..

Five Star Experience
الThe hospitality here is fantastic-everyone is incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I arrived early in the morning for a business trip and was upgraded to a suite, complete with a lovely card and sweets in my room. I especially enjoyed the lounge; Alejandro is one of the kindest and most generous people l've ever met. He taught me how to make caipirinhas and is an amazing host and ambassador. The location is wonderful, and l've felt safe and secure throughout my stay. I had one problem during my stay but Renata, concierge did her best to correct it. In this case, never requested laundry service- did not complete a request form, and my clothes were not placed in the hotel's laundry bag. One evening | returned to my room to find my personal laundry bag missing, which caused me to panic since I'm traveling on to two more countries with only a carry-on. I called the front desk at midnight and was told to call back in the morning. The following morning, my laundry was returned to my room. This was a minor incident and I believe that the room attendant was just trying to do her best and Renata, the concierge apologised. I want to thank the entire team because I had a very nice stay and would stay here again if I was in São Paulo! الهه Profile The hospitality here is fantastic-everyone is incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful.
