Perfect for a quiet city stay
Perfect location. Spacious room with a large double bed. Very quiet while being in the center. Kindness of the staff.

Great value for money
Good location near the ferry but a reasonable walk to tourist attractions. We had a great sea view

Overall, it is still a good value for money and I would return the next time I am in Penang.
The room, bed, furniture arrangement, room size, bathroom were all just right.

- • As it is situated right beside a busy road, traffic noise can be a bit of a challenge at night.
Perfectly located, modern hotel
Very comfortable, clean and new hotel in an excellent location. One of our rooms had lovely views over the Jetties and water. Easy pick up and drop off for Grabs at the door. Accommodating staff, we could easily leave our bags before check in. Walkable to all old town attractions and very close to the Jetty food court which had delicious and inexpensive local food for dinner.

- • Was quite pricey for George Town and was a generic world-style hotel so doesn't provide the cultural/local experience that staying in other styles of accommodation can. Perfect if you want comfort at the end of the day though! It was a lovely place to stay otherwise and the location is hard to beat.

Good comfortable stay.
Location and staff. Thanks to Wanei(sp?) for keeping our room so clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice linens, hot shower with good pressure. Breakfast staff met us every morning with a big smile. They kept the buffet full and hot, with a variety each day.

- • The pillows were too thick and hard for my liking. They did have two kinds but still too thick. Pool was too shallow, basically only a plunge pool
