Welcome, relaxing, pampered stay in Bangkok.
The hotel was a nice as the pictures show, the staff was amazing and helpful. The location is convenient, and the number and quality of restaurants was amazing. Our included breakfast offered more than we could have imagined.

Excellent staff, Beautiful Hotel, Good Location, Fantastic Food !
We stayed for 4 days and wished we had stayed longer. We have stayed in other 5-star hotels in Bangkok, but we can truly say this topped them. The location is fantastic. Right from check-in, the staff were so professional. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely and the staff were so attentive, ensuring we had a steady flow of water. Breakfast was amazing. It was so lovely to see the different chefs come out to personally meet guests. In fact, on one morning, the chefs surprised us and told us to sit while they brought out various breakfast dishes from around the world. It was amazing. Seeing the genuine delight and passion with each course served by the chefs was so touching, and we felt honored that they wanted us to taste their food. The Club Lounge was amazing and the staff were so attentive. Gai, Mild, and Captain gave us fantastic service. Nothing was too much for them. We will definitely be returning to this hotel soon.

Overall good experience. The bathroom is a big problem.
The hotel is in a great location right next to the malls at Siam. The hotel staff at the reception, club lounge and the dining room are fabulous. The rooms are ok, dated but comfortable. Channels on the TV were limited and not a great variety. The bathroom we had in the room had a see through panel between the toilet and the shower. that means only one person can use the bathroom at a time. Not a good option if you are staying with friends or family.

A beautiful and stunning hotel! The service and food was excellent. A special mention to Rungnapa, Gai, Mel and Prima for being so attentive and welcoming. We look forward to returning to your wonderful hotel!

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok for good reasons
Over the years, my hotel of choice is the Grand Hyatt Erawan and for good reasons. Great location, happy and helpful staff with a genuine interest in their clients. Approachable management when you need help, for example on my early arrival. The breakfast in the Dining Room was great. Nice ambiance and staff in the lounge. Competitive rates and great value.

Great Birthday party for my wife at Gaston, service and food sharing was of perfect quality. Overnight stay in a renovated room and Eastern Brunch at the Dining Room with a great service staff.
