Beautiful view depending on what you get very friendly staff. First time in Hawaii amazing location with amazing people would definitely recommend this place next to Lagoon convenient location next to Café and ice cream shop and a restaurant downstairs. Also, it convenient store. Right across it was the ABC. Great for wheelchair as well. Rooms are very clean. Had a little kitchen to cook, breakfast or lunch or dinner laundry nearby, which was a plus beautiful views from the balcony thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable and being For being so accommodating.

The Sunset view was priceless. The room was clean and had everything you would need. They provided bottled water everyday. The staff was very nice.

Hotel was great, area less crowded than the main waikiki beach area, Ocean view was incredible, easy walking to beaches, shopping, dining

The beds were terrible, very hard and could feel every spring. The elevators were hot and the escalator was broken at the entrance. Valets were rude and grouchy.
