An incredible hotel with an amazing location
The hotel was located in a very central area. The room was very spacious and clean with some very comfortable beds. The staff were all incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at the Royal Sonesta was perfect, and could not have been better
It was very clean, hotel employees were helpful, informative, and kind. I would definitely come here again. The location is WONDERFUL and I had the best time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, and our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely. A special mention has to go to Beyoncé and Synthia at the front desk, who were absolutely fantastic! They were always smiling, so helpful and always happy to have a chat. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made such a positive impression on us throughout our stay. It’s the little things like friendly faces and staff who genuinely make you feel at home that make a hotel stay so memorable, and the Royal Sonesta definitely got that right. The bellman was also incredibly helpful, taking care of our luggage and making everything so easy for us. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago! ❤️ Location also handy to centre.
