Absolute recommendation in a grandiose location, right in the center among all the restaurants.
Extremely friendly staff. Always a warm welcome from reception and bellboy. Despite the hotel's busyness, effort was made to let us stay in the same room after extending for an extra night. Location is excellent; can't get any better or more central. Bathroom fully equipped.

- • The reception staff. The somewhat outdated room facilities, especially the faucets, bathtubs, lighting. In 4 days, the sheets were not changed.
Remarkably well located for walking to the most interesting tourist sites and museums.

Incredible breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, great location
Central location in Turin, everything was walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing! There's a restaurant downstairs that is attached to the hotel so it's easy to find dinner if you don't want to go far. The breakfast buffet was incredible with everything you could hope to choose from. And delicious cappuccinos too. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I go back to Turin, I will absolutely stay at this same hotel again.

- • My only complaint is not really the fault of the hotel. I drove and found the location hard to get to because of all the streets closed down for construction and streets closed off for pedestrians. Some guidance on a 'best route' to get there would have helped a little. We eventually gave up on trying to get to the hotel and pulled into a parking garage a couple blocks away and walked. Not so bad except that the garage we found cost 41 euro a day. The valet at the hotel would have been more affordable if we had made it.
