Incredible and unforgettable experience
This was my first time staying at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. We stayed to celebrate our child’s birthday. Thank you to the front office team, especially Cantika, for assisting us with all our needs during our stay at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Great Hotel and Location
This is a very comfortable hotel in a nice location. The staff at breakfast and at the Grand Club were all wonderful. The food and drinks provided at the Grand Club is probably the best we have had at any Hyatt hotel.

- • the staff service and attitude, especially the one who checked in for me, her face feels like I owed her money. ALSO TELL THE I COME HERE FOR 2 OR 3 CLOCK WHY LET ME WAIT FOR AROUND 1 HOUR, I AM F**KING TIRED FROM AIRPORT. Of course I gonna complain seriously and tell my friends who wanna come to visit here just to stay in Kempinski Jakarta
