Only chose this hotel because of AmEx but I am SO GLAD that I did. After many, many stays at Fine Hotel and Resorts, this hotel was the FIRST ONE to actually provide the late checkout and room upgrade benefits. The credits for the property and the breakfast allowed us to have a lovely room service breakfast and a nice dinner in their restaurant. Maybe that's because of the USD-CAD exchange rate but also the prices reflected a good value for the quality of the food. Shout out to Alexis for being a stellar server at Yama. Also appreciated the fact that a hotel of this quality was so welcoming of my young children. Just book it.

We did not like that they did not treat us as if we were in the land of milk and honey. Overall, it was not special and I do not recommend it

Great Location. Really Embraced Formula 1 Weekend
Stayed at the Vogue during the Canadian Grand Prix week. The hotel is in a great walkable location, if you want to be in the heart of things. Not a far walk from the metro station, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and no issues at check-in. We stayed in a junior suite and thought the room was spacious and clean but could use a little updating in places. A few service hiccups (had to search for our waiter during breakfast, a little bit of trouble reaching room service although they did mention how busy they were managing request on Saturday). Enjoyed the breakfast options at the restaurant and cafe. Only had dinner at the hotel once and they had a limited in room dining menu to manage the request. Thought the food was better than average. As mentioned, since we stayed during race week, the hotel was really lively as was the surrounding area which was expected. One night we had to ask the doorman to enter. Understandable and had no issues getting in at night. They did offer gifts throughout the weekend with notes focusing on being there for Formula 1. Given the overall positive experience, I would stay at the Vogue again.

Not the Luxury Experience We Paid For
Our stay at the Vogue Hotel has been incredibly disappointing, especially considering the premium price we paid. We are visiting during a summer heat wave, and the air conditioning in our room has been essentially nonfunctional. The hotel acknowledged the problem by bringing us two fans, but fans are not an acceptable substitute for a working air conditioner when temperatures are so high. While the lobby and other common areas are cool and comfortable, our room has remained hot and uncomfortable throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The housekeeping service has been equally unacceptable. We specifically requested housekeeping in the morning, but no one came. Before leaving again around 5:00 p.m., we reminded the front desk and were assured that our room would be serviced while we were out. When we returned, nothing had been done. The room was still cluttered with empty food containers from our Uber Eats order, the trash had not been cleared, the beds had not been made, and we had not been given fresh towels. To add to the frustration, one of the televisions in our room was not working. We reported the issue and were told that someone would come to repair it, but no one ever showed up and the TV remained unusable for our entire stay. The overall condition of the hotel also left much to be desired. Even the elevator was visibly dented and worn, which did not inspire confidence in a property that markets itself as a luxury hotel. Perhaps most frustrating was the service. The front desk staff were always polite and appeared eager to help, but very little was done promptly. Each time we reported an issue, we were assured that someone would be sent, yet we often waited a long time for assistance—or no one came at all. Good intentions are appreciated, but they don’t make up for poor execution. These are basic services that guests should not have to chase after, especially at a hotel that charges luxury prices. Between the nonworking air conditioning, the repeated failure to provide housekeeping despite multiple requests and promises, the broken television that was never repaired, the slow response to guest concerns, and the generally disappointing upkeep, this stay has fallen far below expectations. We chose the Vogue Hotel expecting comfort and high-quality service, but unfortunately our experience has been one of frustration from beginning to end. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

The location of the hotel is perfect on a side street of Rue St Catherine. The room is very nice and spacious, everything very clean. The staff exceptionally friendly. Very good breakfast at Yuma. The gym is small, but very well equipped with good machines.
