- • We stayed 8 nights at this hotel. The staff was always super friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, there were some negative points: The toilet was clogged several times, and instead of solving the problem professionally, I was given a stick and had to take care of it myself. We found this very unprofessional. Also, cleanliness was lacking. Dust was not wiped during our entire stay, and overall, the cleaning was rather poor. Overall, the friendly staff left a good impression, but the hotel should urgently work on cleanliness and service quality.

- • The hotel did not contact me regarding payment which apparently could not be taken, however there was no problem with my account!

- • Breakfast had hardly any warm dishes, mostly cold items. The content was almost the same every day.
The attention. It is well located to move around downtown Manhattan. Relatively close to the subway.

- • It is not a 4-star hotel. The main area should have some tables. Provide some plates and cutlery.

- • The structure appears dirty in several places; the room's entrance door had all the screws of the latch coming loose; towels often worn out with threads coming off; breakfast with packaged products and for the price, it is better to have breakfast outside
