Amazing week
Première fois que nous séjournons à Rhodes et nous avons choisi la chambre avec accès à la piscine. La chambre était charmante mais parfois froide le soir, cependant, il y a des couvertures supplémentaires dans la chambre si nécessaire et c'était bien quand nous en avons ajouté. La piscine est un peu froide mais plutôt rafraîchissante après avoir passé toute la journée au soleil. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient vraiment de bonne qualité avec de nombreuses options, y compris végétaliennes et végétariennes. Chaque soir est une soirée à thème différente et cela change. Il y a une supérette sur place qui propose un peu de tout, y compris des collations, des boissons, des vêtements, des souvenirs et même des lingettes pour bébé / de la nourriture pour bébé. Il y a aussi un bar au bord de la piscine qui propose de nombreuses options de nourriture et de boissons. Tout le personnel est charmant et vraiment accueillant, les réceptionnistes ont été très utiles pour les bus et les excursions. Le personnel du restaurant était également très serviable et amical, en particulier Niki et Beth qui nous ont servis la plupart du temps. Ils se sont assurés que tout allait bien et nous ont même aidés avec la chaise haute pour bébé. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons célébré un anniversaire et Niki et quelques autres membres du personnel ont chanté joyeux anniversaire et nous ont également offert un dessert qui n'était pas initialement au buffet. Pour notre dernière nuit, ils nous ont réservé une table et avaient la chaise haute prête et l'ont également décorée avec une nappe, une bougie et un élément décoratif central. Ils nous ont vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus et ont cherché à engager la conversation avec les clients plutôt que de les ignorer. Ils disaient toujours bonjour et bonsoir et ont vraiment rendu l'expérience culinaire globale agréable. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une belle semaine au Kresten Palace, tout était propre et un nettoyeur de piscine est venu nettoyer la piscine tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons également eu le service en chambre qui a fait un excellent travail en fournissant suffisamment de serviettes.

Enjoyable stay but needs some basic upgrading
On first arriving the hotel looked really good but the walk to our pool room made us uneasy due to distance and decor. The pool room was ok but lacking any drawers and minimal hangers and hanging space. Meant to be delux but average is better. Staff were fantastic in all aspects. In April swim up pool was cold but we managed a swim most days. Food was not for us even though half board only ate in once. Breakfast typical Greek brekkie but not as good as some we’ve stopped at. There is little to do in immediate area which is a bit scruffy. There is no beach contra to pictures. Having said that we travelled into Rhodes town most days where there’s lots to do. Main pool area and good poolside was very good.

Overall good
Very good, clean bed frames need to have rounded corners not square as shin splitters. Hotel needs maintenance lots of water leaks

Long Island Ice Tea team
Great experience. Time spent with friends, my favorite happy hour in the bar with Long Island Ice Tea. Nice service. One downside was additional tourist tax (70 euro per room) which was not communicated up front.

We spend a beautiful time in this hotel with our family. For happy hour I recommend Long Island Iced tea - from now is our favourite drink

- • The property doesn’t have an indoor swimming pool and the bed had bed bugs, my wife had bites all over her body. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
Wonderful
Find experience excellent. Staff very supportive. I especially enjoyed the spa and massage facilities. Such a wonderful experience would recommend it to all.

Disappointing, beware of room scams!
The location is very good, the pool and the bar are really nice, the servers in the restaurant and for breakfast are lovely and very accommodating in helping each customer to have seats (especially in the morning for breakfast).

- • Beware of room photos and what is actually given. We asked for a room with a double bed and ended up with a room with 4 single beds. After reporting this, they asked the housekeeper to address this, which only consisted of sticking 2 single beds together, putting a duvet in the middle to fill the gap, and then covering it with a sheet. Unfortunately, it was not a good solution because once lying on the bed, you still fall into the gap. The other options offered were not suitable (almost 200€ more to have a double bed). After long discussions with the reception hostesses, their manager finally agreed to give us another room with a double bed but the arrival at the hotel was really bad and having to negotiate at the reception to get what we actually booked is ridiculous. I had organized this stay for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a real disappointment. Fortunately, the sun and our program lifted our spirits.
We will come back because the place is really beautiful and the staff is very attentive to everyone

- • The only downside is that families and couples are mixed despite the hotel not being full. We came without our children and by taking a room with a private pool, we did not expect to have other children passing in front of our terrace and making a lot of noise
