Super nice week at this hotel.
Lovely hotel, with super nice staff who really take care of you (thanks especially to Niki (waitress in the restaurant) who really knew how to pamper you and who really loved her job). Lovely pool, and private pool. Nice pool bar, and the hotel bar was a hit. Morning and evening buffets were top-notch. Would say top-notch.

- • The downside is the rocky beach and a lot of terrain. But your fitness will only improve after such a week😉. Located far away, not many shopping options nearby, but a nice shop at the hotel that stays open until late at night.
The staff are all very good and very polite, the girls at the reception are immediately there to help you! The breakfast is perfect and our room was very large, we had our own pool and it was very nice!

- • The most terrible customer service ever experienced. We had 3 rooms booked for a group of 13 of us, and our cash got stolen from 2 rooms and when we informed the reception desk about this, they completely dismissed us and showed no empathy nor tried to investigate it further.
The small supermarket has a good selection and pleasant saleswoman. The children and adult pool, bar, and staff are very nice.

- • The air conditioning is locked at 24 degrees! Lack of water pressure in the shower. Several interventions for a very hard-to-engage toilet button. Impossible to keep the room at a certain coolness, cleaning staff removed the card each time. Buffet style like a fast-food restaurant.
