Scelto per la vicinanza al Fabrique, dove abbiamo assistito ad un concerto. Molta pioggia quel giorno, ma per fortuna la poca distanza tra hotel e locale non ci ha rovinato l'esperienza. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Nice Hotel let down by rude staff
Roms were comfortable and spacious. Quality decor. Food in restaurant and breakfasts excellent.

- • The staff were so incredibly rude - not just one person but several. My son was yelled at for misunderstanding the restaurant wanted payment immediately.Another time, I was told to move aside at the front desk so they could look after other guests. My final bill was wrong - three times - they kept insisting I pay for a meal 2 days before I checked in. Took 3 hours and 3 different staff until I gave up and overpaid just so I could get some sleep before an early departure and then we were accosted as we left with a claim we hadn't paid for the meal - had to show my passport to prove I wasn't in their country on that date! Disgusting!! And not an example of the wonderful Italians I met everywhere else.

- • Es hatte genügend parkplätze,jedoch nicht inbegriffen Pro Stunde 1.50 euro wen man mit dem Auto fährt und parkiert!

- • I honestly don’t understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. I ended up leaving this hotel early because the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not renovated. The towels had stains that looked like human feces, which is absolutely shocking for a hotel in this price range. Even worse: I found cockroaches coming out of the bathroom. When I reported it, reception offered me another room, but the second room was not any better. It was also dirty, with mold everywhere. At that point I had enough. On top of that, everything is an extra charge: Parking is €20 per night Even the water in the minibar/fridge is not included Breakfast is €19 per person and the quality/amount is poor I returned my key card the next day and left. This is a disgrace for a Novotel brand hotel, especially considering the price is not cheap at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
