I love the hotel, I will recommend it and if we have to come back we will do it, very clean, when something was damaged
The gardens, the breakfast dining, the room service, the repair when needed, The handyman Alexander and the bellboy and the lady who cleans are very nice people, decent, the waitress at breakfast is very nice and the waitress at the bar is friendly, kind, and always with a good attitude! The one at the front, the black one, is always friendly, all the ones at reception were good, the man at the bar is always friendly when I ask for ice!

- • The host lady at the breakfast restaurant, the one dressed all in black, has a bad attitude, is not friendly, not smiling, looking at me and my family like we were asking for money, we paid and we deserve a good face in the morning especially! She needs to smile, she looks like a police officer not a host! She needs to change her attitude! We missed Netflix, cable, nothing on TV
The metro stop was close. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, cleanliness adequate.

Good service, although with aspects of the hotel that could be improved
The highlight of our stay was the attention of the receptionist, who was very helpful in changing our room when we mentioned that the initially assigned one was excessively hot due to its orientation to the sun. The change was managed without inconvenience. Also, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The parking garage is fine, although it has an additional cost of €25 per night.

- • Considering the 4-star category, I believe that some aspects could be improved. I did not understand why, despite the heat in April, air conditioning was not available. Also, I found the value for money somewhat high for the service offered. As an improvement, the showerhead was fixed and poorly positioned, which was uncomfortable. On the other hand, there was an incident with an amount of €274 withheld after payment, due to a difference between the reservation made by Booking and the charge at reception. Although we were informed that the refund is being processed, the unlocking period exceeds one month, which I consider inappropriate.
