The hotel's location is great for anything in the Gothic quarter while still getting plenty of light. The rooftop terrace is a plus, but unfortunately they have only two small unheated pools.

The check-in was easy and the hotel was decent overall except for one major issue. I had notified the reception desk during checkout and spoke with the manager regarding the cleanliness of the room, he apologized and asked me to send him the video I took and told me he would get back to me. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back. Make sure you check the room thoroughly as soon as you get in! The hotel location was convenient, a 15-minute walk from the Bernabéu and the room service menu was good. I would have stayed here again if it wasn’t for the issue, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me.
