After initial problems, it was a very successful stay.
Hotel is located in the city center, right next to a parking garage. The breakfast was excellent and the service top-notch. My complaints were dealt with immediately, everything was great in the end. Looking forward to a return visit.

- • Cleanliness in the room, after the complaint was very well resolved. The information in the booking confirmation from Booking.com does not match reality. The room size indicated as 43 sqm was incorrect, it was maybe 30 sqm, and the complimentary toiletries were missing.

- • The room was clean and quite comfortable, but I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. We stayed for three nights, yet during our entire stay the room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced with fresh ones, and the drinking water was not replenished. When I asked the receptionist about this, I was told that the rooms are cleaned only once a week. I find this policy very unreasonable for a hotel of this category and international standard. At the very least, guests staying for several nights should receive regular housekeeping, fresh towels, and replenished drinking water. The reception staff also seemed rather unfriendly upon our arrival and did not make us feel particularly welcome. Another disappointing point was the check-in and check-out timing. I checked in quite late, at around 7:00 PM, but still had to rush to check out by 11:00 AM. Overall, the room itself was clean and comfortable, but the housekeeping policy and quality of service definitely need improvement. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better level of service.
