Paradise in Mumbai
This was by far my favourite hotel on our trip to India. The location is lovely. The hotel and facilities were beyond excellent. The staff were possibly the best I have ever experienced. Mughal and Razek by the pool went above and beyond for us. Swaraj our driver was very impressive in how well he looked after us. Very thoughtful and kind. As was every member of staff we encountered. We desperately wanted to stay longer!

- • While the room was beautiful and the service was excellent, I felt the housekeeping could have been more thorough. There was noticeable dust on the telephone cord and windowsill, which took away slightly from an otherwise exceptional stay.

Just Perfect. A staff as smiling as attentive and professional
After an early morning arrival following a flight, they gave us a room to rest upon our arrival at 6 am then we had to change rooms but ended up not to disturb the children they upgraded us to a baby suite next to the first room .... Without overdoing it out of pure kindness ... I have rarely seen such attentive, friendly, smiling staff and such a high level of service. I did not know Lnoberoi which had been recommended to me and Booking had an interesting offer I think it is the luxury hotel with the best service ever! The place is elegant the restaurants too ... we went to the Taj Mahal Hitelnpojr for a tea it was cold the staff not nice a disappointing welcome .... The Oberoi is just perfect
