Ok
The location is average, not much shopping around as it's not in a tourist area. Basic food options nearby with various shops in the hotel including roasted duck, dim sum for takeout, noodle shop, coffee shop, congee shop as recommended on the hotel map. Close to Seven Eleven and there's a Shop 360 nearby for quick souvenirs or items to bring back to the hotel comfortably without carrying them far. Staff are friendly, provide good service, and can speak Thai. The bed, blanket, and towels are clean, no dust, comfortable cool air conditioning, plenty of power outlets, and two elevators that are very fast, almost no waiting time.

- • It's a bit far from the train station. Personally, I find the transportation not very convenient, but for those with time to take the bus, it might be suitable. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel or you can walk a bit further to catch the tram. The carpet in the room is stained, making it not very inviting to walk on. The hotel should clean it well, but the stains don't come off. It's good that they provide slippers, but they don't offer any complimentary water bottles.

- • No laundry facilities available, despite being advertised. Only water available in the lobby with no pitcher, only a kettle. Stains on the carpet.
Hong Kong is definitely too expensive for what you get
