Le personnel était très amical et serviable. L'emplacement était très pratique pour les attractions à proximité et bien situé dans le vieux quartier. Le bar sur le toit et la piscine étaient un bel endroit pour se détendre le premier soir. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. La puissance de la douche était agréable!

- • Pas vraiment de points négatifs à signaler. Le mini-frigo n'était pas froid, mais la direction a rapidement réglé le problème.

When will a hotel of this quality dare to be modern?
A choice primarily determined by its central location, rooftop, pool, bar, and a plunging view of Hoan Kiem Lake. On this point, no disappointment. While the old town north of the small lake is a terrible tourist trap, to the west, the cathedral district is still possible. However, some reluctance for the 'classic' side with the impression of a copy-paste like many hotels in Hanoi's Center in this stupid race for 'classy'. But ultimately, the Oriental Jade does not do too badly, especially with particularly original and successful lobby furniture. Special mention to the staff, always elegant, smiling, and attentive (sometimes a bit too much!), and always ready to help. The room itself, large and comfortable despite a mattress that, given the hotel's standing, could be softer. Finally, a varied and quality breakfast buffet!

- • Fatal error: the basement restaurant without natural light and with cheap decoration! As if an entire floor had to be sacrificed to optimize the number of rooms... But then why the gym, which generally interests few people, on the 11th floor? A mystery of a somewhat incoherent programming.
