First of all, the location is very good, and the staff's attitude is very friendly and proactive. There was an initial complaint about the room condition, but it was changed early the next day. I want to go to Hanoi again and it's a hotel I want to visit again.

- • I chose a city view with an additional fee, but the room I received initially was on the 5th floor with an opaque sheet covering the window, and when I forcibly opened the window, I could see the roof and wall of the adjacent building, which was embarrassing. They should have asked for permission in advance or not sold it.
Very impressed with the remarkable service, memorable 2 nights stay and we fully enjoy it.
Love the hospitality and service, they constantly check in with us to make sure we are all well taken care of, with sincerity and try to improve our experience, one of the best experiences I had with a hotel, some of the international 5 stars hotel were way behind.

- • The room has a window, but has no view at all due to the nature of building sitting side by side in the old town, but that's what I paid for, so when I return in future, I would choose a higher floor with view.
Wonderful staff, good location, highly recommend.
The staff looked after us brilliantly and made us feel at ease in the wonderful chaos that is Hanoi. Good location away from the crazy beer street area, with lots of good restaurants and close to the lake. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfasts wonderful.
