- • There was no pool and no real space for groups to come together. Disappointing that a hotel of this size does not have more open space
Awesome Experience
We had a great time. Staff really care about their guests and ensuring a 5 star experience. The spa and main pool were closed for renovations but they were still able to offer some spa services in another wing of the hotel and had the top pool available for use. Pergula was great for breakfast and had awesome staff, can’t say the same for their dinner. Mee was amazing and their staff was so awesome.

Undoubtedly, the attention of the staff is one of the best, the hospitality and kindness of the staff are remarkable things. We are grateful to them. At the reception, a special mention to Beatriz and Diego for their great humanity and the support they provided us is priceless, grateful for the warmth of their attention and for the efforts they made to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Diego and Beatriz made a management decision before the administration that is invaluable and that few hotels in the world do. This makes the difference with the Belmont Chain, but very particularly with the Copacabana Palace. Grateful to them for their efforts.

- • Everything is perfect at this Copacabana Palace Hotel and undoubtedly there is the desire to continue being guests. Perhaps a detail would have been to send the total cost at check out, however, knowing the kindness of all the staff, the rest is unnecessary. This hotel is wonderful, we will definitely return. We reiterate our thanks to Mr. Diego in particular because he made a management decision for our check out to be at our convenience and thanks to the administration for such fine details.
