- • We stayed for 2 nights. For the last breakfast, I ordered scrambled eggs, had to wait very long, and after two reminders, the scrambled eggs were brought to the neighboring table 🤦🏼👎🏻. Probably the hotel needs to be more attentive in selecting staff, it slightly spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel lived up to the luxury image. The staff was friendly and treated customers with respect. The environment was magnificent and full of interesting details. The food was delicious. The gym was well-equipped and the swimming pool was the cherry on top.

- • A non-smoking person was disturbed by the cigarette smoke and smell on the restaurant terrace. The terrace seemed to be reserved only for smokers.

- • There was no phone in the room. My son had tried to contact me. I reported it to the reception. Now I have found a deficiency in your 5-star hotel after all.
