- • Swimming pool was dirty and the cleaners did not come for 2 days to pick up the trash from the room.
Great place to relax in Budapest
Clean, refurbished modern room. Lots of sockets for charging your electronics. Great spa. Nice sitting areas in the lobby. Polite and helpful staff. Good, varied breakfast.

- • Small size room for a 3 person family - the extra bed takes a lot of space. I was not impressed by the dinner options.
Wonderful stay
Beautiful structure, very clean. Very kind, welcoming, and smiling staff. The indoor thermal baths are a great added value, large and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the city's attractions but a 5-minute walk to the subway. Fantastic room with a view of the Danube. Excellent breakfast.

- • The room temperature control. I couldn't figure it out and it seemed like the temperature could not be set lower than 22 degrees Celsius. Not sure why, but made the room comfort a little less comfortable.

- • Soft, uncomfortable beds. Noise and door slamming that extends into the night coming from the corridor. Light filtering under the room door at night. The lamp in the wardrobe constantly lights up, which filters out sideways and from below at night. If we remove the room key card, then there is no power in the sockets. There were 5 of us in two rooms. One of the 3 nights we couldn't rest.
